Bakery Marketing Coordinator and Guest Service Representative
At Nothing Bundt Cakes, the Marketing Coordinator/Guest Service Representative is the face of the Bakery outside the bakery.
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible to market the cakes.
The Bakery Manager and the Marketing Coordinator will handle all the events.
The Marketing Coordinator will follow all franchise/owner policy and guidelines.
ResponsibilitiesoResponsible to achieve 10,000 mouths per quarteroMarketing Coordinator will require to be fully trained as GSR (Guest Service Representative) & CrafteroAchieve Weekly Marketing Plano Enter order for next day (Becomes familiar with Bakery minor and major holiday schedules & places orders appropriately)o Route Marketing list (Work to cover entire territory)o Collect brochures & business cardso Bag Marketing cakeso Collect any deliveries or shipping cakes and get them distributedoMarket to Businesses - CORE driver of our brando Smile and introduce yourself, announce that you are providing free sampleso Use Nothing Bundt Cakes marketing materials to describe products & services to the businesso Collect their business cards, especially their email address.
Get them to sign up to our E-Club programo Follow-up with email and enter their information in our tracking spreadsheeto Educate them on full entirety of NbC Birthday Programo Win over the gatekeeper (admins) to gain access to decision makers in the organizationo Learn to understand how their business operates regarding internal & external events and gifting programso Be gently persistent and gain committed business for external events and gifting programs from businessesoProvide daily feedback to the manager and regular feedback to OwneroSeek and host 4 worthwhile events per montho Events could be during bakery open hours, in the evenings, Saturday and/or Sundayo Engage with the Bakery Manager and others to identify the eventso Work with Bakery Manager to get the paperwork completed for eventso Provide Bakery Manager input to create baking, frosting & staffing plano Enter Events as tickets in the systemo Participate in pre-event meetingso Host the event - with appropriate support staffo Complete post event follow-upoReview NBUs and Seasonal documents and integrate in Marketing plansoAs needed - be a backup for Guest Service Representative or other areas in the bakeryCore Values and Competencies:
