Providing quality service to members, potential members and coworkers Demonstrating teamwork and professionalism in all interactions with coworkers Promoting a professional image of the credit union at all times Accurately and efficiently processing deposits, payments, withdrawals, cashed checks, etc.
and performing miscellaneous operation duties in accordance with established policies and procedures Engaging with members by recognizing needs and educating them on appropriate credit union services Understanding the technology that is available to the members and demonstrating how to use it Identifying fraudulent activity and notifying management Identifying and referring Money Makeovers to Member Service or Lending staff Additional Required Duties (must regularly perform between 2-3 of the following):
Serving as vault teller (including full vault duties, processing cash orders, balancing of ATM/ITM, etc.
) as needed Serving as the branch or department sales coach Performing entry level member service duties (i.
e.
opening savings accounts) as needed Serving as a line trainer by assisting with new employee training as needed You'll need:
High school diploma or equivalent (i.
e.
GED) or equivalent experience Customer service & cash handling experience preferred Ability to exude confidence and lead by example in providing outstanding member service to members, potential members, and coworkers Excellent communication skills with the ability to adjust your communication style to your audience A positive attitude and strong desire to help others Excellent computer skills with the ability to navigate between multiple programs A flexible availability between the hours ofMonday - Friday (9:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
