Asteroom is a 3D tour software company looking for skilled real estate agent partners (an independent contractor opportunity), you can create your own schedule and work independently while collaborating to meet set shoot deadlines.
We are seeking real estate agents to collect property data and photograph our client's residential properties.
This role will provide steady and consistent work and does not require any post-shoot editing work.
Description of work:
Capture 360 images (for 3D tour) of interior and exterior for real estate properties Capture 2D images of interior and exterior for RE properties Answer property condition questions via Asteroom's mobile app accurately Semi-flexible schedule, can schedule your own shoot times if within the deadline timeframes Necessary qualifications and equipment:
Complete Asteroom data collection certification training and pass background check Must be an active licenced real estate agent Asteroom 3D tour kits Vehicle transportation to properties with drivers license and all necessary insurances Ability to navigate Asteroom's app and coordinate shoot times with property residents Only take the jobs you want, where you want, when you want with UNCAPPED earning potential.
Like a BPO but now for appraisal waivers you're collecting data for appraisers.
