Medical Associates is seeking aMaintenance Technicianwith an emphasis oncommercial painting.Ideal knowledge and skills for this role include:
Commercial Painting Finish Carpentry - applying wall coverings, dry walling, painting, etc. Plumbing - copper, cast and PVC HVAC - Repairs, PM, learn HVAC software system Preventative Maintenance Practices Strong preference for health care construction experience Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 1st or 2nd shift available, 2nd shift preferred but open to 1st as well! On-call rotation every 10 weeks (76 hours total) with on-call pay. Competitive pay with benefits package including! Full Benefits Include:

Perform general and skilled maintenance duties under various titles including maintenance plumber, rough construction, finish carpentry, bio/medical/electronics, maintenance mechanic, maintenance painter, HVAC. Perform preventative maintenance and utilize decision making skills for corrective maintenance procedures Assist with other tasks, including but not limited to, cleaning of equipment and removal of snow during inclement weather Identify and evaluate possible options when conducting routine repairs on building and equipment Complete all other assigned projects and duties. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Education:
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience:
