Compile and maintain personnel records. Record data for each employee, such as contact information, weekly earnings, and absences. May prepare reports for employment records, file employment records, or search employee files and furnish information to authorized persons.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including employee leaves of absence.
Record data for each employee, including such information as addresses, weekly earnings, and absences, and expenses.
Create and maintain all personnel files
Maintain all functions associated with expense reimbursement.
Provide outstanding customer service to all customers.
Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships with customers, employees, coworkers, and business partners.
Using computers to enter, access, and retrieve data.
All other duties as assigned

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
