I. GENERAL
Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain mechanical integrity and equipment reliability programs to ensure employee safety, provide environmental security and maximize the plants availability, product quality, and cost effectiveness. Other primary duties include: ownership of the plants Pm/PdM activities; leadership of equipment performance tracking and repair/improvement prioritization; technical guidance and coaching of mechanical craftsmen; and engineering support of maintenance and capital projects.
II. JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Requires BS degree in Engineering with a minimum of six (6) years experience in the Chemical Processing Industry (Gas processing experience is a plus). Must have experience in working with process gas compressors (reciprocating, centrifugal, and screw), pumps (various types of centrifugal and positive displacement), turbines (steam and gas), gas engines (internal combustion), and all related power transmission components (speed reducers/increasers, couplings, bearings, mechanical seals, ect.). Must possess strong people skills and be able to coach, mentor, and influence others. Training in RCM, RCFA, or equivalent methodology a plus.
III. ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP:
Reports to: Maintenance Manager
Supervises: n/a
Works with: Craftsmen, Operators, Supervisors, Engineers, and Managers
IV. SPECIFIC DUTIES:
A. Work with the Maintenance, Technical, and Operations Managers to establish, track, and achieve equipment reliability goals and objectives for the site.
B. Participate in safety and environmental initiatives contributing to overall employee and community safety while ensuring compliance of state and federal regulations.
C. Develop and establish maintenance & operational procedures based on regulatory directives, manufactures specifications, and industry best practices to support on-going reliability improvements.
D. Perform capital project engineering work from design to implementation in accordance with organizational policies. Also participate as a key contributor on project and technical teams.
E. Assume full ownership of predictive and preventive maintenance activities including oil analysis, vibration analysis, engine-compressor analysis, and infrared thermography.
F. Continuously evaluate PM/PDM activities and frequencies to ensure optimum use of manpower and resources in maximizing equipment reliability.
G. Work with craftsmen, supervisors and other engineers in resolving equipment design, maintenance and operating issues (both immediate and long-term).
H. Develop and/or review new equipment specifications and installation standards to insure they meet intended service requirements and established best practices.
I. Participate in the development and conduct of the sites craftsman training program.
J. Develop expertise in all areas of the plants CMMS system and lead the establishment of site performance metrics (KPIs)
K. Participate in the enhancement of the plants PSM Mechanical Integrity compliance and adherence to piping and pressure vessel codes and jurisdictional requirements.
L. Assist in the troubleshooting and repair planning for equipment issues.
M. Contribute to the stocking, procurement, and tracking of critical spare parts.
N. Assist in the improvement of maintenance planning, scheduling, and supervision activities.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
