Responsible for performing a variety of analytical functions associated with onboarding more complex defined contribution and defined benefit plans. Specific responsibilities include plan set-up, data automation, payroll set-up, plan maintenance and loading transition data to Prudential systems. Incumbents possess a high level of technical expertise in understanding and interpreting IRS regulations and plan documents. Incumbents work closely with Data Managers and assist with the more complex technical problems/issues.

Supports Data Manager inbox for tasks

May be assigned as primary contact on simple activities

May be assigned as primary contact during peak periods

Code and test DB calculation software for purposes of calculating benefits, generating benefit statements and for Interactive Internet
calculations

Provide guidance to Data Manager on required DB and DC data elements along with direction on how to load the plan specific data elements

Conduct a detailed review of the DB and DC plan document to understand the plan specific benefit formulas and to determine data needs.

Strong DB knowledge required

5 years of Retirement Industry, and/or Financial Services experience required

Ability to take on all types of transitions and product and service adoptions including Tax Exempt, Private Equity and Jumbo Market transitions

Ability to manage multiple projects and manage conflicting priorities

Prudential Retirement Services product offering or related retirement industry products and services knowledge a plus

Strong communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment

Shows initiative and is results oriented

Ability to prioritize and work under tight deadlines

Strong attention to detail

Knowledge of Prudential Retirement systems DC/DB Recordkeeping systems is a plusInsurance/Financial Service SalesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
