Heavy Duty Tire Technician
Bauer Built is headquartered in Durand, Wisconsin and is a leader in the distribution of tires for commercial, retail, passenger, off-road, and agricultural markets. We operate 30 sales locations and 7 retread production facilities in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, and Wisconsin.
We are currently seeking a Heavy Duty Service Technician for our Dubuque, Iowa location.
Position Responsibilities-
o Operate a service truck
o Haul, replace, and repair tires multiple times a day
o Mount and dismount tires on commercial vehicles
o Location of work will vary between doing in-shop tire service and doing service calls off-site
Qualifications-
o Clean driving record (specifically within the past three years)
o Demonstrated ability to produce high quality work
o Customer service skills
o Flexibility for after-hours service call rotation
o Tire industry experience is a plus, but willing to train individuals with a strong work ethic
